Ambassador of Ukraine to the Holy See Tetiana Izhevska visited the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist in Turin, in which the famous Shroud of Turin – one of the main Christian relics is on display for general public from 19 April to 24 June.

While on pilgrimage, the Ambassador prayed in the first place for the light of peace illuminated Ukraine, that right now needs so much Lord’s blessing and assistance.

After the visit to the Cathedral Tetiana Izhevska gave some comments to the famous newspaper La Stampa, as well as to the information agency ANSA.
