The Pontificial University "Antonianum" hosted a conference "Women in the Church: Prospects for Dialogue."
The conference featured speakers from several continents talking about the experience of women in the Church in their regions. There also was a discussion among the participants about how the role of women can be expanded, as Pope Francis has encouraged.
